NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE

On the 5th day of May 2022 at 6:15 p.m., the Board of Aldermen of the City of Memphis, Missouri, sitting as the City’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 125 W. Jefferson St., Memphis, Mo., on an application by Mike Gundy for a variance on certain real property located at 323 N. Lincoln, Memphis, Missouri, from City Code Section 405.240 regarding the minimum side/rear yard requirements.
